Next we have dark soybean flour, or koi kinako, Kit Kats. This flour is often compared to peanut butter in that it tastes just like peanut butter. I completely agree with this… the second I opened a pack there was a big peanut butter like aroma. Peanut butter lovers would definitely love this. Upon eating a stick, it feels like you're eating a chocolate covered peanut butter wafer. It's almost like eating a regular Kit Kat except that the taste is a bit off.
